Capture carbon and keep it out of the air

Phlair's pilot plant: a light-blue container unit beside a tall white capture tower on a gravel yard
SevinHub Company in Antwerpen, Belgium
Registered organisation

Every euro you give buys durable carbon removal through our verified partner, certificate posted here for every batch.

Planting trees is one way to take carbon out of the air. This cause funds the other way: projects that capture CO2 and lock it away for a long time, such as enhanced rock weathering, direct air capture and permanent underground storage. 1ClickImpact, the impact partner we use for our tree cause, funds a small set of removal projects vetted through Frontier, including Hafslund Celsio in Norway, Phlair in Germany, Terradot in Brazil, and Lithos Carbon and Vaulted Deep in the United States. The certificate names the project.

SevinHub organises this cause ourselves. Your gift is spent on carbon removal through the partner, and for every batch we fund we post the certificate here with the amount captured and the project. Nothing is taken from your gift for salaries, overhead or a platform fee. An optional tip goes to running CauseHub and is shown separately on your receipt.

What the money will pay for

Carbon capture through our verified partner. We promise at least 2 pounds (900 g) of CO2 captured for every euro you give, after the payment provider's processing cost (or the full amount if you choose to cover it). Nothing is kept for costs. We post each certificate on this page within 30 days of the money arriving, with the amount and the project.

Where the carbon is captured

We fund through 1ClickImpact, which delivers into verified programmes. This is one of them. The exact programme for every batch is named on the certificate we post in the proof trail below.

Phlair leverages a flexible, solar-optimized electrochemical process to capture CO2 from the atmosphere while minimizing capital costs.
